The online self-paced learning component contains the background theory and consists of a series of modules including presentations, videos, flip books, and assessment quizzes. You will need to successfully answer all assessment questions before attending the practical component of the course. It is recommended that you start at the top and work your way through each module as this will build on your learning.

Learning modules are colour-coded allowing you to easily see modules you have completed and those you still need to complete.

Blue = module has not been started | Yellow = module has been started but not finished | Green = module has been completed.

Students who cannot attend their course may rebook the course to an alternate date. For our refund and cancellation policy, please click here.

The Australian Resuscitation Council recommends that you update HLTAID009 Provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation every 12 months.

All students enrolling in nationally recognised training in Australia need to obtain a Unique Student Identifier (USI). A USI is an exclusive 10-digit number consisting of letters and numbers that will be used to link a student’s training records, its free, easy to create and stays with you for life. To create your own USI or read more about it to, go to: www.usi.gov.au

In most cases, your certificate will be issued electronically the same day you complete your training, usually within 24 hours after successful completion.

Once all modules have been completed (and have turned green) a notification will pop up in the main menu letting you know that you have completed all the required online learning tasks.
